Course of Mirrors

Magic or what? According to the Hindus everything is food, including sounds and visual vibrations – all kinds of impressions: stories, architectural proportions, union of forms and colours, harmonics and rhythms, dissonance, conflict and all the ideas with which we come in contact. All this, absorbed mechanically and mostly without awareness throughout the day, has made up our being and continues to do so, unless we wake up to this process and adjust our rituals.

  1. I can understand that belief..in fact, despite being an atheist, I am very spiritual and can really empathise with ancient Hindu teachings. If we all lived more balanced harmonised lives, boy oh boy…the possibilities are endless! 😀

  4. To thine own self be true…such good advice, always follow what YOUR mind and body are telling you. Must say I’ve recentlt started to fast on alternate days, and I’ve never felt happier in my own skin and more relaxed. I’m a great believer in doing what feels right, both spiritually and physically.
